On any Island blessed as a destination for holidaymakers, you’d expect life to be casual and relaxed about most things, and our church is much the same. So there is nothing showy about our church; people come as they are. Whether you live on the Island or you are here as a visitor, all are welcome.

What we do take very seriously is people’s relationship with God, so we read and teach the Bible, where God explains his desire for a relationship with us. We hope that anyone who comes will experience the friendship, love and joy of God and his people, and be encouraged in their walk with God.

Our weekly gatherings are special times together when we come together to express our praise and gratitude to God; to pray for one another, the island and our world; to think about what God says to us(and our world) about living life to the full as God intends; and to care for each other’s needs in practical ways.

As Christians, we all share the most wonderful relationship with our Creator. This relationship includes knowing we are loved by God the Father, our wrongdoing is forgiven through his Son, Jesus Christ, and we are enriched by the comfort and help of God’s Spirit.

All of that is what we celebrate each church gathering, and it spills over after church as we share morning tea.
